Late Cancellation & Aborted visit fees: |
We appreciate there are times when there is no other option than to cancel an appointment at the last minute and we always take that into consideration, however we would kindly request that you make cancelations no later than the close of business on the day before the appointment is due. Not doing so may result in us charging you a late cancelation fee of £50.00. |

Payment: |
We will submit an invoice to you with each job. We expect to receive payment within 30 days of issuing that invoice. We would prefer to receive payment via BACS or cheque. Non payment or continual late payment of invoices will result in us withdrawing our services until outstanding balances have been paid. |

- Always being professional, prompt and reliable and keeping you well informed |
- Returning hard copies of inventories to you within 48 hours of carrying out the job |
- Submitting check out reports within 24 hours of the inspection being carried out, if for any reason we are unable to do this, we will inform you at the time of the appointment. |
